Everything lives in one app so your data, shortcuts, and context stay unified.

Absolutely. Switch between plans at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep the features you paid for until then.

Your data is never deleted. Features outside your plan become read-only - you can still view everything you created, you just can't add new entries in those modules until you upgrade again.

Yes. HenkSuite is cloud-first - your data is end-to-end encrypted and synced in real time so every device stays in lockstep. A local-only profile for fully offline use is on the roadmap; you'll eventually choose, per profile, whether your data lives in the cloud or stays entirely on-device.

Is my data end-to-end encrypted?

Only the Password Manager is end-to-end encrypted - your vault is encrypted on your device with a key derived from your master password, so we never see your logins. Everything else (notes, tasks, calendar, finance, etc.) is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on EU-hosted servers, but not end-to-end. We're working on extending E2EE to more modules over time.

All data is hosted on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) operated by Neon and compliant with EU data protection standards. We do not replicate data outside the EU.

Yes. HenkSuite is built to meet GDPR requirements - we're an EU-based company (Henkdigital, Krefeld, Germany), we sign Data Processing Agreements on request, and you can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings → Privacy.

Never. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties. There are no trackers, no analytics on your content, and no ads. Our only revenue is subscriptions.
